The Activity Log records significant actions and events in your Linklo account. Use it to understand what changed, when it changed, and which part of Linklo caused the change.
Open the Activity Log
The table lists recent events in chronological order, with the newest events first. Use the ad account filter to narrow the view when you manage multiple accounts.
Understand the activity table
- Activity type: the area that generated the event, such as Schedule, Budget, Alert, or Company Flow.
- Description: the specific event details, such as a schedule update or campaign pause.
- Timestamp: when the event occurred.
Understand event colors
- Blue: standard information.
- Green: successful completion.
- Orange: warning or attention needed.
- Red: error, deletion, or destructive action.
Use the log for troubleshooting
If a campaign status changes unexpectedly, check the Activity Log first. It can show whether a schedule, alert, or Company Flow was responsible.
The log also helps with team accountability and gives you a record of automated activity.
