The HubSpot page helps you review the LinkedIn companies Linklo has found and decide how they should connect to your HubSpot company records.

It is more than a one-time import. When you save the page, Linklo remembers which LinkedIn company should write data into which HubSpot company.

You can also see which HubSpot portal is connected, how many companies are ready to review, and whether the latest preview has finished loading.

What the page is showing

Linklo compares the companies in your LinkedIn Ads data with the companies in your connected HubSpot portal. To make the review easier, it groups them into four sections.

Create new HubSpot companies automatically is a page-level setting. When it is on, Linklo can create future unmatched companies for you if enough details are available. When it is off, unmatched companies stay in the Create in HubSpot section for review.

  • Needs reviewing: Linklo has found a likely match, but wants you to confirm it first.
  • Create in HubSpot: Linklo could not find a clear match, so you can choose whether to create the company in HubSpot.
  • Excluded: LinkedIn has not provided enough detail for Linklo to match or create the company yet.
  • Ready to sync: the company already has a saved HubSpot match and can be included in the next sync.

Needs reviewing

This is where Linklo asks for a quick check before saving the match. It has found a LinkedIn company and a possible HubSpot company, but the match is not certain enough to approve on its own.

If the suggestion is right, confirm it. If not, search for the correct HubSpot company before linking it.

Create in HubSpot

These LinkedIn companies do not have a clear HubSpot match yet. Select the ones you are happy for Linklo to create in HubSpot.

If the page-level automatic creation setting is off, this section is where those unmatched companies wait for your review.

Excluded

Excluded companies cannot be synced yet because LinkedIn has not provided enough identity detail for Linklo to match or create them confidently.

Ready to sync

Ready to sync is where confirmed matches sit. These companies already have a saved HubSpot match and can be included in your next sync.

Click Save sync configuration to save your selections. The next scheduled or manual sync will then update HubSpot.

The bar at the bottom of the page shows how many eligible companies are currently selected. Once everything looks right, save the configuration so Linklo knows what to include next time it syncs.

Suggested review order

  1. Start with Needs reviewing and confirm the right HubSpot company.
  2. Check Create in HubSpot and deselect anything you do not want Linklo to add.
  3. Glance at Excluded so you know what cannot be synced yet.
  4. Review Ready to sync, then save the configuration.
