The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It gives you a quick view of your Linklo account and the automation coverage across your LinkedIn Ads setup.
Understanding the main dashboard
The dashboard is built around a few summary cards.
Schedules
The schedules card shows how many active schedules are currently running. Use the link on the card to go straight to your schedules if you need to review or change them.
Coverage
The coverage card shows how many campaign groups and campaigns are managed by a schedule compared with the total number available.
For example, if the card says Campaigns: 15 / 24, 15 campaigns are automated and 9 are still running without a Linklo schedule. This is a quick way to spot where automation can be extended.
Team
The team card shows the number of users in your organization.
Syncing view
If you have just signed up or connected a new ad account, the dashboard may show a syncing message. This usually means Linklo is:
- connecting to your LinkedIn account
- retrieving ad accounts and campaigns
- syncing historical data and metrics
The page checks for updates automatically. When the sync is complete, the full dashboard appears.
No ad accounts view
If no LinkedIn ad accounts have been selected for your organization yet, Linklo shows a prompt based on your role.
- Organization owners see a prompt to select ad accounts from settings.
- Team members see a notice explaining that an owner needs to select the accounts first.
