Schedules let you create time-based rules for LinkedIn campaigns. A schedule tells Linklo when selected campaigns should be active and when they should be paused.
Create a schedule
- Open the Schedules area from the main menu.
- Review the table of existing schedules.
- Click Create Schedule.
Configure the schedule
In the setup panel, fill in the core details.
- Schedule name: use a clear name, such as Weekday 9-5 or US West Coast Hours.
- Ad account: choose the account the schedule applies to.
- Assign campaigns: select campaign groups or individual campaigns.
- Timezone: choose the timezone the schedule should follow.
Use the time block grid
The grid shows all hours in the week.
- Select the days you want to configure.
- Set the start and end times for active periods.
- Add multiple blocks if a campaign should run in more than one window per day.
Colored blocks are active hours. Grey blocks are inactive hours.
Use performance data first
If you do not know your strongest hours yet, use Hourly Metrics or Heatmap first, then create schedules based on the patterns you find.
